Client Rights & Responsibilities - Updated 6/2016
As a client you have the right to receive information and put it to use in any way you feel compelled to do so.
You have the right to receive information as you request it to be delivered – without any religious or spiritual belief that you may not adhere to.
You have the right to ask for questions and clarification. You have the right to honesty, respect, and courtesy.
You have the right to stop receiving answers for a specific topic at any time if you feel this is the best option.
You have the right to expect the consultant to be on time and physically and mentally present.
You have the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment or reschedule within 24 hours.
You have the right to expect and receive active listening and informative guidance in a non judgmental manner.
Sexual relationships between client and reader/coach are never appropriate. You have the right to not be touched in an inappropriate manner. The consultant will inform and receive your consent if it is necessary to conduct healings that require touch.
You have the right to audio or visually record the sessions per the Code of Ethics guidelines.
